A typical timber sale includes the following services:

1. Individual consultation with the landowner.
2. Personalized sale design and timber volume appraisal
3. Competitive sealed bid process
4. Written contract preparation between purchaser and landowner
5. Sale and/or property lines marked prior to harvest.
6. Monitoring of sale while in progress
7. Tracking of harvested wood amounts and necessary follow up.

Fees for this service average around 13% of the successful bid, and often the bid process alone will generate enough additional income to off-set the fee. Combine that with the peace of mind of having a professional guarding your interests, and we believe this service to be indispensable.
